Last week, we were tragically informed of the sudden passing of Jack and Miles Stormfield. We are still coming to terms with the shock of their departure, and our hearts go out to their family and loved ones during this incredibly difficult time. This loss has deeply affected much of the Panstal family, and as we move forward, there will be some long-term service changes outlined below:
- PANSTAL GAMES:
Limited player programming will occur between now and Friday, December 13th. Starting the following week, winter programming is tentatively scheduled to begin and will proceed as planned. Any scheduled season changeovers (including Delsenic Factions Chapt. 2 Season 3 & VoltageMC Skyblock Season 41) have been delayed until early January. - PANSTAL STUDIOS:
Commissions will remain on pause until January 1st to support our Studios team. All customers with open commissions have been contacted with additional information and potential refund opportunities. Effective immediately, Jacob Stienbrooke will lead Panstal Studios as Interim Project Superintendent. Jason holds a B.S. in Computer Engineering with a minor in Game Design & Development from Purdue University. Prior to graduating, he led Panstal IT from June 2019 to August 2022. Jason is uniquely qualified for this role and is fully dedicated to supporting our community during this transition. - PANSTAL MANAGEMENT:
All services will proceed as normal starting December 1st. Current customers will receive direct communication from their client manager or course instructor regarding any changes.
